Kamala Appel earned a BA from Yale University and an MA from USC’s School of Cinema Television. After college, Kamala went on to work at some of Hollywood’s top companies, including Universal Studios, ICM, and Sundance, before she started her own award-winning production company, KEA Productions. Currently, she is an active member of the Producers Guild of America, New Media Council and helps others implement new media strategies to effectively lead, as she has done in her own campaign for environmental and wildlife protection.
